We currently ship across India. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment and verification. Delivery times vary by shipping service and destination, and all accepted shipments include tracking.

Returns & Refunds
SILVME does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, colour preference or similar reasons. However, if your order is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, materially misdescribed, missing or lost in transit, please contact us at help@silvme.com as soon as possible. Applicable refunds, replacements or other remedies will be provided according to our policy and applicable law.
Before Opening Your Package
For damaged, incorrect or missing-item claims, please retain the packaging and, where possible, record a continuous unboxing video from before opening the parcel. This helps us investigate delivery issues quickly.
3-Month Warranty
Eligible SILVME jewellery is covered by a 3-month limited manufacturing-defect warranty. The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing/material/workmanship defects and excludes normal wear, tarnishing, accidental damage, misuse and improper care. Warranty registration is required within 7 days of delivery for this additional voluntary warranty.
