We offer complimentary shipping to all customers within India, regardless of order value. No additional charges will be applied at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped worldwide and typically arrive within 15-30 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance times. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, international carriers, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
International shipping charges apply to all orders outside India and will be calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method selected. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the courier or customs authorities upon delivery. Silvme is not liable for any additional charges or delays caused by customs processing.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. This tracking number allows you to monitor your package's journey in real-time through the courier's tracking system. You can use this number to:

• Receive delivery notifications
• Identify any delivery issues or delays
• Plan for package delivery

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Silvme is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer. DELIVERY & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
Packages are typically delivered directly to your specified address. In certain cases, a signature may be required for delivery. If you are not available to receive the package, the courier will attempt delivery and may leave a notice. Please coordinate with the courier using your tracking number to arrange redelivery if needed.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Provide photos of any damage to the package or contents
• File a claim with the courier within the specified timeframe (usually within 3-7 days of delivery)
• Once we verify the claim, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion
Note: Once the package is handed over to the courier, Silvme is not liable for loss or damage during transit. However, we work diligently with our courier partners and will support you in resolving any issues.
DELIVERY FAILURES & UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts (e.g., address not found, recipient not available), the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
• We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue
• You may provide a corrected address for reshipment
• Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
• If no contact can be established, the order will be refunded after 30 days
HELD DELIVERIES & CUSTOMS DELAYS
In some cases, packages may be held by customs authorities for clearance, particularly for international orders. These delays are beyond Silvme's control. We are not liable for:
• Customs holds or inspections
• Import duties or taxes assessed by customs
• Extended delivery times due to customs clearance
• Rejection of packages by customs authorities
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITED LOCATIONS
