7-Day Return Window

Silvme offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

        Unworn and Unused: The item has not been worn, tested, or used

        Original Condition: No damage, scratches, or alterations to the jewelry

        Tags Attached: Original manufacturer tags remain attached and intact

        Original Packaging: Item is in its original box and packaging materials

        Proof of Purchase: Original receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is available

.     Unboxing Video : An unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing items in your order. Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for claim to be considered.

 

3-Month Warranty

All Silvme 925 silver jewelry comes with a comprehensive 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and materials quality. This warranty covers:

        Manufacturing defects in the metal or design

        Defective clasps, hinges, or fasteners

        Stone settings that are damaged or loose

        Plating issues or defects (if applicable)

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. If you discover a defect within 3 months, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. Simply contact us at info.silvme@gmail.com with photos and your order details.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info.silvme@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm acceptance or next steps.

Returns must be requested before the 7-day window closes.

Returns initiated after 7 days will not be accepted.

Important: Items returned without prior approval and return shipping instructions will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.

 

Damages & Defects

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info.silvme@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the damage and either issue a full refund, replacement, or store credit—at Silvme's discretion—to make it right. Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

        Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

        Gift cards and digital vouchers

        Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

        Items that show visible signs of wear, scratching, or use

        Custom or personalized items (unless defective upon arrival)

        Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery

 

Gifts

If you received Silvme jewelry as a gift, refunds to the original purchaser are available once we receive your return and complete our inspection. Upon approval, we will refund the original payment method used for the purchase.

Alternatively, you may exchange your gift for another Silvme item of equal or greater value at any time.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order for the replacement item. Once we confirm receipt and acceptance of your return, we'll process your new order. This ensures you receive exactly what you want without delay.

 

International Returns (Outside India)

For customers outside India:

        Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. International return shipping costs are not refunded.

        Items must arrive at our Bhopal address in original condition.

        Refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via your original payment method. Exchange rates and any international transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.

        Due to customs and shipping timelines, please allow 20-30 business days for international returns to be received and processed.

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, for any reason and without justification, under EU consumer protection law.

To exercise this right, contact us at info.silvme@gmail.com within the 14-day window with your order number. Your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

1.     Inspection: We will inspect the item within 5-7 business days

2.     Approval/Denial: We will notify you of our decision via email

3.     Refund Processing: If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days from approval

4.     Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund

Note: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info.silvme@gmail.com and we will investigate.

 

Refund Deductions

Refunds are issued for the full product price. Please note:

        Original shipping costs are non-refundable

        Return shipping costs (for international orders) are not refunded

        If return shipping is provided by Silvme, a return shipping deduction may apply
